Wasky. His impish sense of humor creates havoc throughout
a modern city. If he isn’t acknowledged for his fine work, he’ll vanish forever!
He calls in a dragon named Gina to lend him a claw.
Unfortunately, there’s a problem with being a Wisky Wasky or a dragon,
in a city of computers and mass communication.

and Gina romp through the city in alternating hilarity and despair.
A nursing home suffers strange disturbances. A classroom computer self-destructs.
A very rude man suffers continual accidents with mustard, ketchup and pickle relish.
Strange messages are broadcast over radio air waves.
